Birmingham Airport’s operations have been suspended while police deal with an “incident” there.
The airport posted on the social media site X (formerly Twitter) that passengers should not come to the airport.
The airport said it would provide updates on its social media channels.
It also advised passengers with flights this afternoon to contact their airline and check the airport’s website for updates.
