A 70's album Ahahahha...WHERES BOWIE.
Too many radio edits
You can't fault the selection as they were all massive hits in their own right (all except the Grease Megamix which, may include three massive 70s hits, but was actually released in the early 90s). And I guess if this compilation sells well, we'll be treated to another album with even more 70s classics. But what stops me from giving this album 5 stars is the many "radio edits". Yes, these were the versions that appeared in the charts, but these are classics that deserve the full versions to be included. The funny thing is, the full versions of American Pie and Bat Out Of Hell have previously appeared on other Now! compilations. Maybe the makers should've cut back on a few tracks to include full versions of bona fida classics. A minor gripe about an otherwise good album.
Loved most of the songs. If you are a 70s song fan you should really get this. ♥️
Worst 70s album....Ever!
By Bullet the Dug
It's obvious whoever compiled this album did NOT live in that era. Some seriously obvious omissions and some strange selections instead of obvious ones. For example where is Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody? Where is the obvious Harry Nilsson song Living Without You?
But to top it all it omits 2 huge musical movements from the 70s - glitter and punk. So no Slade, Sweet, Showaddywaddy, T Rex. No Pistols, Damned or The Clash.
In addition - and this is truly criminal - no David Bowie or Rolling Stones.

Not enough glam rock on the album (maybe do 70s glam rock album ) this does not really say 70's poor choice of tracks from a great decade
Where are the Big Ones?

Probably one of the biggest selling acts of the 70s - Boney M - Nowhere to be seen.....and they`re not the only ones.... :-(
By Not going there!
And where are sounds from the biggest stars of the 70's, David Cassidy and The Osmonds?
Now that's what I DON'T call 70's.
There are so many major artists from the 70's missing here, it is unbelievable! Where are Slade, Sweet, T.Rex, Bay City Rollers, Pink Floyd, and many other Glam Rock artists. There are no Rolling Stones, Sparks, and the list goes on.
It a good cd.
