Junior Club Beginners Sailing Camp (Age 8-11)

Junior Sailing at BCYC

Four days of fun at the start of the summer holidays for BCYC members aged 8-11 to learn to sail. There will be  sailing, camping and watersports at Cheddar Reservoir.

This 4 day summer camp event includes

– On site camping available for participants and parents

– Opportunity for Parents/guardians to get involved – two day RYA level 1 course for Adults available at same time

– Camping & games – specific details of event developed by participants & parents

– Participants can have no previous expereince – Aiming at achieving Junior RYA stage 1 sailing certification

– Ages 8-11 (beginners aged 12+ are the following week 30th July – 1st August)

– Entries close 31st May

– Places are limited – book early to avoid disappointment

Parents – one of you needs to be present on site to help and take part – but if you would like a sailing / Stand up paddleboard lesson during the four days – this can be arranged
